Bourke’s is a Melbourne-style wine bar in the heart of Soho. We designed a complete visual identity around the great egret - a bird that migrates between Australia and Hong Kong, and appears in a mosaic at the temple on Peel Street. The primary mark is a classic pub sign with a modern cut, and is carried into type, menus, coasters, and other collateral.
